Sakura Level 1
Go to the Hokage office, talk to Sakura
Go on a mission and take damage.
Return to Sakura, let her heal you.
Repeat the above 3 times.
Fill the bar in the mini-game, if you fail, fight her and beat her
Once successful you will have control of her.
Sakura Level 2
Reach 100 subm points & meet her (Hokage building) to unlock a new mission
Complete the mission, defeat the boss (buy some antidotes)
