In Spells & Secret, the objective is to use a single chess piece to put the opposing King into check. In doing so, you’ll not put your piece where the opposing pieces can take yours.

Chess Puzzle Solution Requirements

Here, the issue is a language translation. You do not need to “checkmate” the king.
